Terms and Conditions

  1. All (X)HTML development is quality assured for the following browsers and platforms:
    • PC: Internet Explorer 6.0
    • PC: Internet Explorer 7.0
    • PC: Firefox 2.0
    • PC: Firefox 3.0
    • MAC: Safari 3.0
    • MAC:Firefox 3.0
  2. All estimates are quoted in Australian Dollars.
  3. Administration of the project will follow industry standards including project proposal, contract and handover.
  4. Estimates are exclusive of any time required for additions to the agreed scope or for changes within that scope. Therfore the final invoices may vary from the stated price.
  5. Payment terms are 2 weeks.
  6. Overdue invoices that exceed 30 days will automatically incur an additional penalty fee and any current development work will cease until payment is recieved.
  7. Any special requests or deviations from the above terms and conditions need to be defined and agreed upon before commencing the project.
